All our sausages are produced here on the premises using only the best Local pork cuts and put into natural skins then hand linked. We make a large variety, from the good old-fashioned breakfast sausage to the hot Mediterranean style sausage.
For an alternative we also produce wonderful Pork and Leek, Steak and Guinness, Beef and Mustard, and Lamb and Mint varieties. All our sausages are ideal for grilling, frying or the B.B.Q. They are all GM free.
